About
I am here to listen
Welcome, and thank you for considering me as your counselor. I am excited to provide a safe space for my clients to feel seen, heard, and supported. I have a wide range of counseling experience, but I most often work with older teen and adult clients addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions.
It is my passion to meet my clients where they are and to work collaboratively with them to help them grow toward hope and resilience. My typical therapeutic approaches include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness strategies as well as a specialization in EMDR Therapy. I offer individual counseling services as well as consultation with a client's medical team, work, or school if requested. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions.
